How it Works
Educate Online is the leading provider of live, online education for students in grades K-12. The live, real-time instruction is provided over the Internet from home. Using a headset, digital pencil, digital writing pad, and home PC, teachers instruct students using voice, writing and lesson plans. We design a personalized lesson plan for each student, complete with lessons from our skills-based, fully developed curriculum. For our teachers this means freedom from designing lesson plans, along with flexible hours. Our sales team helps to enroll eligible students from across the country into our programs.
Online Teacher Job Requirements
- Current teaching certification is required. We prefer two years teaching experience in reading, math and/or algebra.
- Comfortable using computers and have a current Windows-based PC at home.
- Broadband access to the Internet (DSL, cable modem, or ISDN) from your home.
- Ability to pass a background check, fingerprints and drug test.
